HOW IT WORKS FOR EVENT PROVIDERS
Once your call center enters the breakdown information into ServiCase, users can search the sureEcosystem data-base of
over 60,000 service provider records based on customer’s preference, service needed and location. Once a provider is
selected, you can electronically request an ETA, confirm assignment, and digitally dispatch that them to the breakdown
location. ETAs, Photos and service updates such as en route, arrived, working, and complete can all be displayed in the
ServiCase dashboard so you and your customer can be notified of real-time progress.
